About the role
- Overall technical responsibility
- Architecture planning and technical strategy for TYPO3 projects
- Ensuring code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
- Defining and evolving development standards and best practices
- Selection and evaluation of extensions, integrations, and technologies
- Team leadership
- Technical management and mentoring of the TYPO3 development team
- Conducting code reviews and providing day-to-day technical support
- Promoting an efficient, agile, and quality-focused way of working
- Close collaboration with project management, UX, and stakeholders
- Technical project support
- Assisting with concept development and effort estimation
- Identifying and assessing technical risks
- Ensuring smooth deployments and releases
Requirements
- Several years of experience in TYPO3 development (Extbase/Fluid)
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, databases, and web security
- Leadership experience or strong coaching skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
