About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure efficient, secure and strategic management of administrative contracts, ensuring they comply with current legislation and align with the firm's interests and objectives.
Review and negotiate various contracts, amendments and contractual changes.
Monitor contract terms, renewals and terminations.
Identify potential contractual risks and propose solutions.
Ensure contracts are aligned with the firm's interests and policies.
Serve as a point of contact for contractual matters with suppliers/service providers.
Organize and maintain updated files with all contracts and related documentation.
Maintain communication with involved parties to align expectations and resolve potential disputes.
Validate legal representation through analysis of corporate documents, ensuring the designated representative is properly registered and authorized in accordance with applicable law.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed).
Legal knowledge; familiarity with contract and corporate law.
Ability to analyze contractual amendments and addenda, and to monitor deadlines, renewals and contract terminations.
Ability to validate legal representation by reviewing corporate documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
