- Deliver value-added agent training on company products.
- Analyze company information to identify strategies for growth.
- Act as a company representative who expands the brand through every interaction.
- Facilitate efficient appointment scheduling and timely follow up.
- Develop marketing strategies and monitor results to support growth.
- Establish sales plans and implement effective plans for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant Agency or Insurance experience required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a 2-20 Florida Agent License
- Equivalent experience may include two (2) years of relevant experience
