Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the launch of new digital products
Provide functional ownership/support for one or more products across the entire product lifecycle
Create and maintain business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Identify stakeholder needs, gather relevant information, and (proactively) communicate status updates on individual topics and projects
Collaborate closely and communicate with internal departments, especially IT, sales, customer and product teams, as well as information security and data protection officers
Plan, execute, and document software tests (functional tests, acceptance tests, regression tests)

What you’ll need

A successfully completed degree with above-average grades, e.g., in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
Some practical experience in supporting products or projects is desirable
Interest in software development and testing, and a structured approach to quality assurance
Analytical thinking skills and an independent, meticulous working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
A confident and respectful demeanor, including in communication with stakeholders, external and internal service providers, internal departments, and within the team
Enthusiasm and self-motivation for quickly learning new technologies
High level of commitment and an autonomous, responsible working style
