About the role
- Create user-centered designs by embracing an outside-in approach
- Design intuitive, results driven products and thoughtful user experiences
- Perform user research, conduct user tests, and design overall product functionality
- Develop prototypes to demonstrate and evaluate ideas with stakeholders
- Collaborate within an Agile team environment
- Maintain design consistency throughout products
- Conduct usability tests on early designs and make implementation recommendations
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in UX & UI design
- Skilled with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools
- Familiar with design thinking and human-centered methodologies
- Know how to conduct or interpret user research and usability testing
- Use data and user insights to guide decisions
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and remote-friendly environment
- Understand the importance of design systems and consistency
- Comfortable designing end-to-end experiences from research to high-fidelity UI
