💰 $80,000 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Develop, implement and manage systems that support the platform
- Define and develop system reporting and infrastructure health monitoring
- Work with CLIs & GUIs to create tools for automating workflows
- Troubleshoot production systems and implement solutions
- Own projects from inception to completion
- Work with all tiers of support to gather pain points
Requirements
- Experience in a Systems/Security/Application support role interacting with other departments and vendors
- Experience supporting mission-critical systems
- Experience supporting email deliverability and email campaign platforms (Sendgrid, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Experience with PHP, python, or other programming languages
- Experience implementing security and compliance practices in a regulated environment (HIPPA, PCI, SOC, etc.)
- Understanding of relational databases such as MySQL, MariaDB and SQL Server
- Understanding of version control and deployment processes
- Excellent communication skills
