About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle labor and employment cases of all levels of complexity
- Draft procedural pleadings from the answer/defense through to case closure
- Work on administrative proceedings, such as Notices of Infraction and civil inquiries/preparatory procedures
- Advise and assist clients
- Represent clients in all types of hearings
- Maintain and update clients' case management systems, including eLaw, Projuris, Spaider, Forelega, and LegalOne
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Postgraduate degree preferred
- Availability for hybrid work
- Experience in a medium- or large-sized law firm preferred
