• Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages
• Draft and file legal documents for litigation, discovery disputes, law and motion, and opposing motions for summary judgment
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed about case progress
• Serve as first chair in civil jury trials
• Take ownership of assigned cases while collaborating with internal teams and support staff
