About the role
- Support attorneys and clients in pre-litigation personal injury matters
- Work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and legal team to ensure cases move smoothly
- Manage all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception to settlement
- Develop, curate, and sustain organized case file repositories
- Serve as primary communicator between attorneys, clients, and associated entities; document communications
- Assist in drafting, revising, and finalizing legal documents and correspondence
- Compile evidence and medical/records to support cases
- Resolve property damage claims
- Negotiate liens
- Track deadlines and milestones to ensure compliance
- Coordinate and oversee medical treatment for clients
- Monitor case progress and guide transitions and milestones
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in a similar role (or combined with equivalent education)
- Computer literate and proficient with standard office productivity software
- Effective team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solver able to handle challenging situations
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Some litigation experience is a plus
