About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Technical Product Manager for Autonomy, you will serve as a primary representative planning work for our Autonomy Software development teams to deliver against our corporate milestones.
You will prioritize asks across short term and long-term programs to develop a plan for autonomy teams to deliver.
You will manage a backlog for multiple teams, partnering with engineering managers and directors to deliver against program goals.
You will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to proactively unblock your engineering teams from delivering on their goals.
You will leverage best practices in program management to drive execution on a roadmap, including its dependencies, risks, and changes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager in autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, or similar industries.
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM related technical field plus demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through 4+ years of experience OR;
Master’s Degree in STEM related technical field plus demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through 2+ years of experience
A strong track record of delivering outcomes and driving execution through successful cross-functional programs between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing a cross-functional roadmap, including the dependencies, risks, and change management of that roadmap
Strong active listening, negotiation, and prioritization skills
Ability to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to different audiences
The desire to grow your technical and program skillsets in an ever-evolving industry
Experience with project management and collaboration tools, including Jira for project management, Confluence for documentation, and tools for brainstorming and visual collaboration, such as Miro
