Requirements
- Previous experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Selection.
- Ability to conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews.
- Skill in structuring hiring processes (pipelines, scorecards, interviews, assessments/tests).
- Organized, able to manage priorities, and autonomous in handling multiple concurrent tasks.
- Owner mentality: independence, accountability, and consistency in deliverables.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous drive for excellence.
- Willingness to build HR foundations/pillars.
- Intermediate English (will perform candidate sourcing/hunting for other countries; however interviews may be conducted by other leaders).
