- Client prospecting: phone calls, door-to-door, leaflet distribution (80% of the time)
- Development of strategic partnerships
- Management and optimization of social media
- Creation of engaging video and visual content (including using AI)
- Monitoring and management of the customer database
- Drafting and tracking real estate mandates
- Photo/video retouching and creation of internal documents
- Regular reporting of activities and results
- Web research and use of digital tools to optimize processes
Requirements
- Energetic, motivated and ambitious
- Comfortable speaking and writing, with excellent spelling
- Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and punctual
- Resilient to rejection and persistent
- Strong sales mindset and willingness to work in the field
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
