About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, monitor, and maintain database environments
Ensure database performance, availability, and security
Perform backups, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
Troubleshoot database issues and optimize queries
Support database migrations, upgrades, and deployments
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
Create and maintain technical documentation
Participate in client meetings and provide technical support when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA)
Experience working with relational databases such as: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database
Experience with database performance tuning and monitoring
Knowledge of backup and recovery processes
Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with scripting or automation is a plus
Advanced English level (written and spoken)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
