Create, configure, and deploy automated systems combining AI, machine learning, RPA bots, Microsoft Power Tools, Databricks, and Splunk
Understand and analyze repetitive, time-consuming business processes to determine the recommended automation solution using Postal tools
Write and update code, build custom scripts, integrate AI models into existing infrastructure such as Splunk, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power Tools
Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability
Work with IT and CISO stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align automation with organizational goals

Requirements

5+ years of experience specifically in automation/AI-related work
Proficiency in scripting, Python, AND (Java, OR R)
Experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow ticket generation, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), AND a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform
Ability to analyze large datasets using multiple tools to uncover patterns for process optimization; ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data ingestion and parsing issues
Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, OR 10 years of equivalent experience
Exposure to network security or cybersecurity
Must already have an active Secret clearance or Public Trust
