About the role

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Guide teams in applying Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to maximize value delivery
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, establish priorities, and define acceptance criteria
  • Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and impediments to stakeholders and program leadership
  • Foster a culture of servant-leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Support cross-team coordination, dependency management, and risk mitigation across the program
  • Collaborate with Program Management to ensure team outputs align with strategic objectives
  • Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and transparency

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance (required at time of application)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within IT programs
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in complex environments
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP certification required
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Washington, D.C. 20032
