About the role
- **Primary Responsibilities:**
- - Administer and manage **JIRA dashboards** to track Agile team performance and program health.
- - Create, maintain, and optimize **interactive dashboards** and data visualizations using **Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools**.
- - Support **Agile metrics collection, analysis, and reporting** across multiple teams.
- - Develop and deliver **executive-level reports and briefings**, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.
- - Ensure transparency and alignment by maintaining accurate data across **JIRA, Confluence, and visualization platforms**.
- - Collaborate with Agile teams, Product Owners, and leadership to define meaningful performance metrics.
- - Assist with **KPI tracking, trend analysis**, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- - Maintain documentation and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders.
Requirements
- **Minimum Qualifications:**
- - **Active Secret clearance** (required at time of application).
- - **Bachelor’s degree** in IT, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- - **3+ years of hands-on JIRA administration or dashboard management experience.**
- - Proficiency in **Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.**
- - Experience supporting **Agile software or data-focused teams.**
- - Strong skills in **data interpretation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.**
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- - Experience supporting **federal or mission-driven environments.**
- - Familiarity with **Agile metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.**
- - Ability to present complex data clearly to **executive and non-technical audiences.**
- - Knowledge of **Confluence, MS Teams, and other collaboration tools.**
- **Eligibility:**
- - Must be **legally authorized to work in the United States** without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- - **Active Secret clearance** is required for this role.
