About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop AI applications, such as agents based on large language models (LLMs).
- Lead teams, oversee end-to-end solutions, and advise clients.
- Provide technical support to teams and share best practices.
- Collaborate closely with different teams across Tomoro.
- Build trusted relationships with business decision-makers and technical leaders.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of AI solutions through testing and quality assurance best practices.
- Contribute to the responsible development of AI by addressing privacy, security, and transparency concerns.
- Support clients in adopting AI solutions through training and ongoing support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering AI solutions in production.
- Design of microservices (including data pipelines using frameworks like Spark).
- Data technologies (Python, SQL).
- Experience with LLMs and fine-tuning (open-source models and OpenAI APIs).
- Software solution design, mainly focused on data-driven applications using Python, SQL, and related technologies.
- Ability to solve complex problems and perform technical analysis.
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions.
- Autonomous and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Passionate and positive.
- Curious and creative.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ethics.
