About the role
- Intensive medical monitoring, basic and treatment nursing in the home setting
- Point of contact for the patient and their relatives
- Communication and coordination with therapists
- Implementation of rehabilitative measures and social support
- Outings and excursions with our patient and, where applicable, relatives
- Maintaining nursing documentation
Requirements
- You are a qualified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse
- Alternatively, you are already a specialist in out-of-hospital intensive care or a certified expert in out-of-hospital intensive and ventilator care
- ICU/anesthesia specialist nurse or respiratory therapist
- Driver's license
- Interest in outpatient care of patients requiring intensive care
- Passion for one-to-one care
- Conscientious, independent, and responsible working style
- Empathy and a caring approach to patient support
