About the role
- Join our great team and work calmly in 1:1 primary nursing with a single patient — no stressful rounds and no hectic environment
- You will provide 1:1 care in a quiet, low-stress setting directly in the patient’s home
- You will be able to provide comprehensive, holistic care in coordination with your team, our nursing management, physicians and therapists, giving your patient your full attention
- Regular exchange and contact with therapists
- Implementation of rehabilitative measures and social support
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families
- Shared outings and activities with our patients and, when appropriate, their relatives
- Maintain nursing documentation
Requirements
- You are a qualified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse
- Alternatively, you are already a specialist in out-of-hospital intensive care, a nursing expert for out-of-hospital intensive and ventilator care, an intensive care/anesthesia specialist nurse, or a respiratory therapist
- You have an interest in outpatient care for patients requiring intensive nursing
- You are passionate about 1:1 nursing
- You work conscientiously, independently and responsibly
- You are empathetic and provide attentive, caring support to your patient
