About the role
- You provide 1:1 care in a calm, low-stress environment directly in our patients' homes.
- You can care for your patients comprehensively and holistically in coordination with your team, our head of nursing (PDL), physicians, and therapists.
- You act as the primary contact for the patient and their family members.
- Carrying out rehabilitative measures and providing social support.
- Maintaining nursing documentation.
Requirements
- You are a qualified geriatric nurse, registered nurse (health and nursing), nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse. Alternatively, you may already be a specialist in out-of-hospital intensive care, a nursing expert for outpatient intensive and ventilator care, an intensive care/anesthesia specialist nurse, or a respiratory therapist.
- You are interested in providing outpatient care for patients requiring intensive care.
- You have a passion for one-to-one care.
- You work conscientiously, independently, and responsibly.
- You are empathetic and provide compassionate care to your patients.
