About the role
- We provide care for patients requiring intensive nursing in their own homes.
- You serve as the primary contact for the patient and their family members.
- You coordinate and communicate with therapists.
- Deliver rehabilitative measures and provide social support.
- Maintain nursing documentation.
Requirements
- You are a qualified geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger/in), a registered nurse (health and nursing), a nursing specialist (Pflegefachmann/-frau), or a pediatric nurse.
- Alternatively, you are already a specialist in out-of-hospital intensive care, a nursing expert for out-of-hospital intensive and ventilator care, a specialist nurse in intensive care/anesthesia, or a respiratory therapist.
- Driver's license.
- You are interested in outpatient care for patients requiring intensive nursing.
- You are passionate about 1:1 patient care.
- You work conscientiously, independently, and responsibly.
- You have empathy and provide compassionate care for your patient.
