About the role

  • Become part of our great team and work relaxed in 1:1 primary nursing with a single patient—no stressful rounds or hectic conditions.
  • You will work in 1:1 care in a calm, stress-free environment directly in the patients' homes.
  • Here you can provide comprehensive, holistic care in coordination with your team, our head of nursing, physicians and therapists, and give your patient your full attention.
  • You are the point of contact for patients and their relatives.
  • Maintain nursing documentation.
  • Liaise and communicate with therapists.
  • Implement rehabilitative measures and provide social support.
  • Accompany patients (and, where applicable, their relatives) on joint activities and outings.

Requirements

  • You are a qualified geriatric nurse, a registered nurse / nursing specialist, or a pediatric nurse.
  • Alternatively, you are already a specialist in outpatient intensive care, a nursing expert for outpatient intensive and ventilator care, a specialist nurse in intensive care/anesthesia, or a respiratory therapist.
  • You are interested in outpatient care for patients requiring intensive nursing.
  • You have a passion for 1:1 care.
  • You work conscientiously, independently and responsibly.
  • You show empathy and provide attentive, caring support to your patient.
