About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as factory point of contact for advanced troubleshooting of issues at customer sites; coordinate resolution with cross-functional team
Ensure customer requirements are well documented and delivered to meet expectations
Provide information to field teams and customers regarding tool operation needs (power, chemicals, water, etc.)
Ensure customer specifications are well understood by the TMEA community
Drive compliance for all engineering change orders
Drafting engineering requirements for new feature requests from the customer that enable improvements to system performance to meet stringent customer specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 8+ years of professional Engineering experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years of professional Engineering experience.
Specific experience with semiconductor equipment or similar fully automated capital equipment.
Experience with gas-cluster ion beam and / or ion implantation technology and etch is a plus
Proven experience in the application of lean principles and formal problem-solving techniques
Proficiency in project planning software.
Experience with Monday.com is a plus
Certified Project Management Professional is a plus
Engaging communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and management skills and an analytical thinker
