About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as factory point of contact for advanced troubleshooting of issues at customer sites; coordinate resolution with cross-functional team
- Ensure customer requirements are well documented and delivered to meet expectations
- Provide information to field teams and customers regarding tool operation needs (power, chemicals, water, etc.)
- Ensure customer specifications are well understood by the TMEA community
- Drive compliance for all engineering change orders
- Drafting engineering requirements for new feature requests from the customer that enable improvements to system performance to meet stringent customer specifications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 8+ years of professional Engineering experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years of professional Engineering experience.
- Specific experience with semiconductor equipment or similar fully automated capital equipment.
- Experience with gas-cluster ion beam and/or ion implantation technology and etch is a plus
- Proven experience in the application of lean principles and formal problem-solving techniques
- Proficiency in project planning software.
- Experience with Monday.com is a plus
- Certified Project Management Professional is a plus
- Engaging communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and management skills and an analytical thinker.
