About the role

  • Architect, build, and own core product features across our entire stack.
  • Design and implement scalable microservice architectures on a modern infrastructure stack.
  • Development of production-grade AI products, including features driven by LLMs, agents, and advanced audio ML.
  • Integrate a wide variety of third-party APIs to expand our platform's capabilities.
  • Get hands-on with Voice AI, building systems for audio analysis, processing, and implementing robust evaluation frameworks.
  • Champion a security-first mindset.
  • Establish and drive a comprehensive testing culture.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade AI products.
  • Hands-on experience in Python (and/or Golang), Postgres (or MySQL), microservices, and modern infrastructure.
  • ReactJS or Electron is a big plus.
  • Experienced in API integrations and can quickly get up to speed with new services.
  • Deep, practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, evals.
  • Voice AI and Audio ML is a significant plus.
  • Experience building prod-grade agents (agentic quoting).
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver who can translate complex requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
