About the role
- Monitor the DTC platform’s performance and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating when necessary
- Document recurring issues and track corrective actions
- Manage service requests and changes in ServiceNow (or similar tools)
- Track and report on SLAs, KPIs, and backlog status
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Support ongoing delivery initiatives and platform scalability projects
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or platform support
- Understanding of incident and problem management processes (ITIL familiarity helps)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills in a distributed environment
- Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Brussels (hybrid setup possible after onboarding)
- Fluent in English
- Basic understanding of cloud or application monitoring tools
- Prior exposure to SLA tracking and performance metrics
- Familiarity with digital or e-commerce platforms
- Interest in process improvement and automation
