About the role

  • Assist clients in the development of critical business documents, including Meeting Minutes, Business Cases, Project Plans
  • Triage risks, issues, bugs, and feature requests, and work with teams to deliver process improvements to address these
  • Prepare and distribute business unit updates, reports and newsletters
  • Prepare technical writing documents, including maintenance of client sites using markup language (including HTML, and Markdown languages)
  • Lead client meetings and presentations utilizing a range of document suites

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with key information technology systems
  • Strong stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
  • Analytical skills and experience processing large volumes of data
  • Confident and effective presentation skills
  • Experience in one or more of the following; Technical writing tools such as Markdown Language, HTML, or Project Coordination or Project Management methodologies
  • Energetic approach to getting hands on to assist the team, and clients to achieve outcomes
