About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients in the development of critical business documents, including Meeting Minutes, Business Cases, Project Plans
- Triage risks, issues, bugs, and feature requests, and work with teams to deliver process improvements to address these
- Prepare and distribute business unit updates, reports and newsletters
- Prepare technical writing documents, including maintenance of client sites using markup language (including HTML, and Markdown languages)
- Lead client meetings and presentations utilizing a range of document suites
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge and experience with key information technology systems
- Strong stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
- Analytical skills and experience processing large volumes of data
- Confident and effective presentation skills
- Experience in one or more of the following; Technical writing tools such as Markdown Language, HTML, or Project Coordination or Project Management methodologies
- Energetic approach to getting hands on to assist the team, and clients to achieve outcomes
