Client Success Specialist
TMX GroupClient Success Specialist in TMX Group managing equity plan solutions and financial reporting tasks. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient data management and client onboarding.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day data execution, system configurations, and routine client financial reporting cycles
- Take ownership of client plan data within specialized platforms
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and executing client equity compensation expense calculations and valuations
- Support end-to-end client onboarding workflow
- Generate and send routine client statements and reports
- Act as a point of contact for everyday client system and data inquiries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience in an analytical, data-driven, or corporate accounting environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
- Foundational exposure to corporate equity compensation concepts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational agility and ability to multitask effectively
