About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound sales calls from prospective and existing customers with energy and professionalism.
- Listen actively to customer needs, handle objections confidently, and recommend high quality products and upsell items.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales conversion rates and quality assurance goals.
- Accurately enter customer data and order details into our system during the call.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Call center or sales experience is a plus
- Tech-Savvy: You can comfortably navigate multiple software programs and handle basic troubleshooting.
- Flexibility: You are available to work the evening, weekend, or overnight shifts outlined above.
- Communication Skills: You have a clear, friendly phone demeanor and can build quick rapport with diverse customers.
- The Sales Mindset: You are goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by financial incentives.
