About the role
- Develop future-proof strategies and concepts in supply chain management and logistics for manufacturing companies
- Analyze customer situations and design, plan, and implement logistics centers
- Define and implement process and IT requirements across the supply chain, including system integration and optimization, development of data and KPI frameworks, and interface management
- Take responsibility for demanding consulting projects, including leading project teams of varying sizes and managing complex project content
- Ensure project success through close collaboration with client decision-makers and act as the central point of contact for our clients
- Design and facilitate client workshops to develop innovative approaches and resolve complex issues
- Further develop our consulting methods and tools as well as the Supply Chain Management and Logistics Competence Center
Requirements
- You hold a very good degree in a technical or business-related field
- You have several years of experience in management consulting with a focus on SCM & Logistics
- You possess excellent project management and organizational skills as well as solid experience in facilitating and leading project teams
- You have strong communication skills in both German and English
- You work collaboratively with high commitment and initiative and promote targeted knowledge and experience exchange within the team
