About the role

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the Defence sector and ensure a successful market launch
  • Build a robust sales funnel and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing
  • Develop commercially viable proposals based on our consulting capabilities (including Operations, Logistics & SCM, Digitalization) and position TMG as a trusted partner
  • Identify and pursue relevant tenders while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships (e.g., with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers) and develop partnerships within the Defence ecosystem
  • Work closely with our directors and CC leads, including refining the service portfolio for the Defence market

Requirements

  • Excellent degree in engineering or business administration; MBA or PhD preferred
  • Several years of proven successful sales experience in the Defence sector
  • Strong network with Defence OEMs and system houses and knowledge of decision-making and procurement processes
  • Consulting background with a solid understanding of manufacturing/production
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, strategic thinking combined with outstanding client acquisition skills
