About the role
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for WebTMA
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather requirements and define product specifications
- Develop and maintain a detailed product backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined and prioritized based on business value and customer impact
- Lead the product development process, working closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation
- Create and manage product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive user adoption
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in CMMS, enterprise software, or a related field
- Strong understanding of maintenance management processes and enterprise asset management
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools. Experience with Jira is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with WebTMA or similar CMMS solutions is highly desirable.
