About the role
- Develop and execute manual testing (functional, regression, smoke) across multiple applications
- Organize, implement, and maintain QA testing plans for TMA software products
- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of TMA software, ancillary products, and databases
- Communicate effectively and professionally with TMA clients and internal team members
- Maintain product quality by adhering to documented specifications and QA policies
- Assist with identifying root causes of issues and implementing solutions
- Support the WebTMA Admin Services team by updating client data per client instructions, assisting with client training and documentation
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Experience using web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
