- Our employee-owned and integrated team of multi-discipline engineering and design professionals has an exciting new opportunity available for a Project Coordinator in Seattle, WA.
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in documenting, maintaining, and tracking project information including plan reviews, project team meetings, and schedules related to various project lifecycle phases. You will also be integral in in providing general administrative & office services support to the team. As you learn the day-to-day operations, activities, and business needs of our multi-discipline office, you will have the opportunity to leverage your talents, ideas, and past experiences to expand your responsibilities and further contribute to our growth and overall success.
Hybrid Work Environment: Tuesday - Thursday In-Office | Monday & Friday WFH
Requirements
- Associate degree in business administration, accounting, or communications
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar capacity managing large amounts of information, documentation, and communication related to business operations and project deliverables
High level of integrity and discretion demonstrated through previous experience handling confidential and sensitive information related to business operations, projects, financials, and employees
Strong verbal and written communication and proof-reading skills with a demonstrated ability to recognize proper use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling; experience synthesizing data into reportable information and communications; experience summarizing reports, and drafting mixed-media correspondences including e-mails, letters, presentations, etc.
