About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead high-energy classes that combine heavy-bag boxing rounds with Pilates-inspired core work and sculpt sequences
- Command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout
- Deliver a world-class experience
- Demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness
- Immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture
- Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using daily programming
- Connect and engage with team, members, and first-timers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
- A nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (ACE , NASM, AFAA, ACSM, NETA, Yoga Alliance, Pilates certifications, barre certifications, etc.)
- Background in Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, functional training, or group fitness strongly encouraged
- Boxing experience a plus, but not required: we’ll train you
- 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
- Ability to deliver an energetic, motivating class
- Willingness to coach 2-3+ classes per week
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
