About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- A TITLE Hybrid Coach leads high-energy classes that combine heavy-bag boxing rounds with Pilates-inspired core work and sculpt sequences.
- Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
- Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-timers
- Move with the class to elevate energy and demonstrate proper technique
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
- A nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, NETA, Yoga Alliance, Pilates certifications, barre certifications, etc.)
- Background in Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, functional training, or group fitness strongly encouraged
- Boxing experience a plus, but not required — we'll train you
- 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
- Ability to deliver an energetic, motivating class
- Willingness to coach 2-3+ classes per week
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- Sufficient availability to be a true contributor to the team, including covering classes when a sub is needed.
