About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end recruiting process: Support with job postings, applicant management, active sourcing, and conducting interviews
Candidate care: Professional and personal support for candidates across all stages
Career fairs & events: Preparation, organization, and active participation in recruiting events and campus activities
Recruiting analytics: Support in analyzing recruiting data and KPIs
Employer branding: Contribute to strengthening our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a related field—ideally with an HR focus
Ideally, you have initial practical experience (through internships or working-student roles) in recruiting or HR
You have a passion for technology and enjoy working with new tools, AI solutions, and digital recruiting methods
You have very strong German language skills (at least C1)
As a team player, you are proactive, communicative, empathetic and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
