About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for growing sales to existing customers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar or related position
  • Excellent customer service track record
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, preferred
  • Understanding of E-commerce
  • Excellent ability/knowledge of the ERP system
  • MS Office; Word, Outlook, Teams
