About the role

  • - Administer all employment-related documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
  • - Coordinate the monthly payroll process, ensuring full compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • - Support benefits administration, time off tracking, and employee data management.
  • - Assist with **r**ecruitment activities when needed (job postings, scheduling, communication with candidates).
  • - Prepare and submit reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities.
  • - Maintain and update employee information in Workday or other HR systems.
  • - Contribute to HR projects and process improvements in collaboration with the HR Director.

Requirements

  • - Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a strong focus on administration and payroll.
  • - Excellent knowledge of **Bulgarian labour law**, social security, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • - Experience with Workday or other HR information systems
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • - Experience with payroll software or coordination with payroll providers.
  • - Fluent English (written and spoken); French is considered a strong advantage.
  • - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • - Proactive, dependable, and adaptable team player.
