About the role
- Financial bookkeeping: ensuring ongoing postings, account maintenance and reconciliations π
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management: responsible for invoicing, invoice verification and dunning π¨
- Expense and credit card reconciliations: efficient processing and control π³
- Payments: preparation and approval of payment runs and their posting π¦
- Support for the Head of Finance: preparation of annual financial statements and the budget π
- Administration: first point of contact for client inquiries and organizational support βοΈ
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in financial accounting (Fibu, AR/AP) as well as in expense and credit card management
- Confident use of MS Excel/Office, ideally with experience in Abacus
- Independent, structured working style and a strong affinity for numbers
- Enjoys client contact and has a strong service orientation
