About the role
- Accounting: Ensuring ongoing postings, account management and reconciliations 📚
- Accounts receivable and payable management: Responsible for invoice creation, review and reminder/collection processes 📨
- Expense and corporate card processing: Efficient handling and controls 💳
- Payments: Preparation and approval of payment runs and their posting 🏦
- Taxes: Support with VAT reporting and tax filings 💻
- Year-end closing: Active assistance in preparation, documentation and reporting 🗂️
- Controlling: Support with budget and cost center monitoring 📊
- Budget process: Participation through data provision and forecast inputs 💡
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration (or equivalent experience)
- Solid professional experience in financial accounting, accounts receivable and payable, and expense and corporate card management
- Good knowledge of VAT and tax procedures in Switzerland
- Experience supporting year-end closing and budget processes
- Confident use of MS Excel/Office; experience with Abacus is a plus
- Independent, structured working style and a strong affinity for numbers
