About the role
- Build and develop the marketing structure (content, channels, processes)
- Responsible for timpla's positioning and communication strategy
- Translate company and sales objectives into marketing initiatives
- Close and structured collaboration with Sales (sales marketing)
- Create and refine online offerings as well as marketing and sales materials
- Manage external service providers (design, agencies, freelancers)
- Plan, prioritize and execute marketing projects
- Prepare, plan and execute events and trade show appearances
- Secure speaking opportunities for company representatives at industry conferences
- Regular alignment and reporting to executive management
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in construction, architecture, industrial, tech, or related project-based sectors)
- Hands-on mentality: you contribute ideas, take initiative and get things done
- Ability to think strategically about marketing and execute operationally
- Experience at the interface of marketing and sales
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confident using common marketing tools
- Ideally experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva — also for occasional minor graphic work
- Enjoy building, structuring and further developing processes and initiatives
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
