About the role

  • Acquisition and securing of construction contracts for innovative timber construction projects in the areas of multi-family residential buildings, hotels, offices, schools and daycare centers
  • Leadership and coordination of the proposal team consisting of estimators, architects and specialist engineers
  • Development of tailored proposals and negotiation of construction contracts for private and public clients up to contract award

Requirements

  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Timber Engineering, Architecture or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in planning, construction execution, cost estimation or sales – ideally in timber construction, modular construction or turnkey construction
  • Strong customer focus combined with technical expertise
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and enjoyment of networking
