About the role
- Acquisition and securing of construction contracts for innovative timber construction projects in the areas of multi-family residential buildings, hotels, offices, schools and daycare centers
- Leadership and coordination of the proposal team consisting of estimators, architects and specialist engineers
- Development of tailored proposals and negotiation of construction contracts for private and public clients up to contract award
Requirements
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Timber Engineering, Architecture or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in planning, construction execution, cost estimation or sales – ideally in timber construction, modular construction or turnkey construction
- Strong customer focus combined with technical expertise
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and enjoyment of networking
