Key responsibilities & impact

Perform routine and complex design of steel piles and steel connections.
Perform routine and complex design of cast-in-place concrete slabs.
Understanding of general renewable energy nomenclature.
Assist with the development of scope, schedule and budgets for projects.
Assist with the management of projects and tasks.
Assist with marketing and proposal development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
Master’s degree preferred
2+ years of solar structure design experience required
PE License is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in structural design software packages, specifically LPile, Mathcad, Excel
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD for plan development
Proficiency with Excel/AutoCAD interoperability to create pile plot plans is a plus
