About the role
- Design and build high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern web standards
- Own and evolve our design system and shared component library
- Drive frontend architecture decisions, especially around state management, complex user flows, and UI performance
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product, and design to take features from concept to production
- Shape our LLM enhanced UX: help create user experiences that integrate AI assistance, intelligent actions, and workflows responsibly and effectively
- Drive frontend best practices – testing, accessibility, code quality, documentation, and maintainability
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least four of those focused on frontend development
- Strong expertise with React, Redux (or equivalent state management approaches), and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of web fundamentals: JS internals, DOM, asynchronous programming, performance, accessibility
- A track record of building and maintaining design systems, shared component libraries and working with Figma
- Experience with UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within a fully remote, async-friendly team
