About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the client's team and collaborate in developing digital pedagogical content for in-person and eLearning training.
- Create and implement innovative visual solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Audiovisuals, Web Design, Film/Cinema, or a related field;
- Proven experience in Graphic Design and/or Web Design, and multimedia applied to vocational training content (minimum 5 years);
- Pedagogical Competence Certificate (CCP) for Trainers;
- Experience designing and producing graphic content and editing images and video using Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere);
- Experience defining and implementing communication and digital marketing strategies, focused on promoting projects, campaigns and initiatives;
- Experience managing social media, including editorial planning, content production, community management and performance analysis;
- Experience producing content for different communication channels, including websites, newsletters, email marketing, social media and institutional materials;
- Knowledge of email marketing tools, digital campaign management and metrics analysis (e.g., Brevo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or equivalents);
- Knowledge of web accessibility and usability in accordance with W3C guidelines.
