About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Audiovisuals, Web Design, Film/Cinema, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in Graphic Design and/or Web Design, and multimedia applied to vocational training content (minimum 5 years);
  • Pedagogical Competence Certificate (CCP) for Trainers;
  • Experience designing and producing graphic content and editing images and video using Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere);
  • Experience defining and implementing communication and digital marketing strategies, focused on promoting projects, campaigns and initiatives;
  • Experience managing social media, including editorial planning, content production, community management and performance analysis;
  • Experience producing content for different communication channels, including websites, newsletters, email marketing, social media and institutional materials;
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools, digital campaign management and metrics analysis (e.g., Brevo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or equivalents);
  • Knowledge of web accessibility and usability in accordance with W3C guidelines.
