About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conceive, develop, adapt, and review pedagogical content and learning resources in the area of digital competencies for online and eLearning formats;
  • Prepare technical-pedagogical frameworks, session plans, manuals, presentations, activity sheets, exercises, scripts, storyboards, and assessment instruments;
  • Analyze technical content and convert it into clear, accessible training resources suitable for adult learners with varying levels of digital proficiency;
  • Apply instructional design principles to create interactive, practical learning experiences focused on the development of digital competencies;
  • Design activities, simulations, practical case studies, application exercises, quizzes, and assessments aligned with defined learning objectives;
  • Adapt and structure learning content for delivery on learning platforms, ensuring usability, accessibility, and pedagogical coherence;
  • Produce, review, and organize written training support materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, technical accuracy, and appropriate language for target audiences;
  • Support needs analysis, competency profiling, target audience identification, and professional context assessment, contributing to the definition of appropriate learning pathways;
  • Monitor the implementation of training projects, supporting operational management of schedules, resources, technical-pedagogical documentation, and quality criteria;
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, result analyses, supporting documentation, and evidence of training delivery;
  • Facilitate, on an occasional basis, in-person training sessions, synchronous sessions, webinars, or eLearning activities, particularly in the area of digital competencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Education/Training, Educational Sciences, Communication, Multimedia, Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field;
  • Certificate of Pedagogical Competence — Trainer Certification (CCP);
  • Experience designing pedagogical content for adult vocational training, preferably in digital competencies;
  • Experience creating training materials for online or eLearning formats;
  • Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and curriculum design;
  • Experience preparing storyboards, session plans, manuals, presentations, exercises, practical activities, and assessment instruments;
  • Ability to analyze technical information and transform it into clear, structured training content aligned with learning objectives;
  • Strong knowledge of digital productivity, communication and online collaboration tools, learning platforms, and digital resources applied to training;
  • Experience adapting and structuring learning content for LMS or digital learning environments;
  • Experience supporting the management and coordination of training projects;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, autonomy, problem solving, and collaborative work skills;
