About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implementation of AI Tools: Configure, integrate and scale the use of AI assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor) and autonomous agent platforms into the daily workflows of engineering teams.
CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Develop and optimize pipelines using AI techniques for early failure detection, automated deployments and intelligent orchestration.
Autonomous Quality and Testing: Implement AI-driven tools for automatic test-case generation, regression testing and creation of synthetic data.
AI-Assisted Code and Architecture Review: Integrate AI solutions into the code review process to enforce architectural standards, enable automated refactoring and detect code smells.
Security and DevSecOps: Ensure AI tools automate vulnerability analysis in code (SAST/DAST) without compromising the security of critical infrastructure.
Governance and Monitoring: Implement security guardrails to ensure ethical AI use, protect customer data privacy (preventing code leakage into public LLMs) and control AI API costs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Experience in DevSecOps / Platforms: Advanced expertise with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Practical Experience with Applied GenAI: Technical proficiency integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and AI-assisted development tools.
Solid Software Engineering Knowledge: Robust background in software development (Python, Java, Node.js or similar) and architectural patterns.
Data Security Focus: Experience ensuring security and compliance in AI usage (e.g., configuring on-prem models or private cloud instances to protect IP).
Automation Mindset: A focus on eliminating repetitive tasks and optimizing teams’ time-to-market.
