About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for a multidisciplinary software development squad, facilitating core ceremonies (Dailies, Plannings, Retrospectives, and Refinements).
Support the team in adopting and refining Agile methodology, bringing hands-on experience to improve processes that are still maturing and adapting practices to the project's specific context.
Identify, mitigate, and remove daily impediments, shielding the team from external distractions.
Work closely with the Delivery Management structure to track schedules, anticipate technical and business dependencies, and ensure alignment of deliveries.
Act as a partner and facilitator to Product Owners, closely assisting them with writing, structuring, and continuously refining User Stories.
Monitor, extract, and analyze the team's productivity and predictability metrics (e.g., Velocity, Burndown) in collaboration with the management structure.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid, hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (particularly Scrum) and the product development lifecycle.
Proven experience facilitating ceremonies, resolving conflicts, and coaching teams and Product Owners.
Ability to interact effectively with technical profiles (developers, QA), understanding their practical challenges.
Proficiency in the Atlassian ecosystem (notably JIRA and Confluence) for backlog management and extraction of operational metrics.
Official Agile certifications (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM).
