About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions across modules such as Employee Central and Performance & Goals, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Participate in implementation projects, migrations (on-premise to cloud and tenant-to-tenant) and post-go-live support activities, ensuring deliveries meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform functional analysis to define requirements, document HR processes, map master data, and design integration scenarios (APIs, OData, SFTP, SAP CPI/PI).
- Configure rules, workflows, permission/security roles, MDF objects, and integration adapters; develop extensions and customizations when necessary (SAP Cloud Platform / BTP optional).
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, user guides, test scenarios, and data migration plans, including data validation and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with technical teams, SAP consultants, and HR stakeholders to ensure solution adoption and provide end-user training.
- Contribute to effort estimates, delivery planning and deployment activities, and to the continuous improvement of group processes and practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–5 years of proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or implementing cloud HR solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central and Performance & Goals).
- Knowledge of integrations (REST/OData APIs, SOAP, SFTP) and SAP integration tools (CPI/PI) or equivalent middleware.
- Experience with data migration to SuccessFactors, including ETL tools and HR master data mapping.
- Ability to configure rules, workflows, security/permission roles and MDF objects in SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP / Cloud Foundry is a plus, as is experience with in-cloud extensions (JavaScript, SAP Cloud SDK) — not required.
- Good command of written and spoken English for communication with international teams and stakeholders.
